If we think of the exact combination of the customer service skills we can name a few such as patience, attentiveness, ability to listen to your customer, knowledge, ability to use positive language, tenacity, ability to read the people in front of you.
But rather than a black or white, there is a whole grey area where the practical skills leave space to empathy, positive mindset, genuine smile, surprise that don't belong to a simple "do's & dont's"
list and that sometimes are much more relevant.
We can question ourselves what is the perfect recipe for the ideal customer service experience but truth is that it is something that we don't learn or simply emulate. It is a soft skill that should be part of our personality and to be successful should be genuine and passionate.
