Will Brexit undermine customer satisfaction?

Between the many uncertainties of the next few months related to Britain's decision to exit European Union, there is a particular one that concerns us: will consumers be affected the most? And if yes, will their un-satisfaction come back to all companies?

Besides what's write or wrong, the one consequence that will take place immediately after the deal (or no-deal) will be an increase of retail prices for consumer goods, which will be necessary for the imported goods and will be followed by an adjustment of the whole market.

As our focus remains the customer, we worry about the possible side effects of this situation, including ruining customer service standards, weakening of loyalty customer-company bonds and so on.

Let's hope all we've worked on in the past few years, doesn't get ruined by such a phenomenon.
